You know you are loved. Do you feel it?
There is a quiet gap between what a woman knows in her head and what she actually feels in her heart. Beloved and Sure was written for that gap. Start with Chapter 1, free.
“Let him lead me to the banquet hall, and let his banner over me be love.”
— Song of Songs 2:4

The distance between knowing and feeling
You have heard the verses. Maybe for decades. You could teach them to someone else on a hard day and mean every word.
And still, somewhere under all that knowing, there is a quieter voice. The one that speaks up when the house is empty, when a marriage has gone silent, when a child you raised has stopped calling. The one that says: that is true for other women.
Sweet friend, that gap is not a sign that your faith is thin. It is the most ordinary thing in the world. And it is exactly where God does His quietest, most patient work.
This workbook was made for that gap.
Chapter 1 — I Am Beloved
Not a teaser. The complete first chapter, exactly as it appears in the printed workbook.
A devotion to read slowly
On the banner of love held over you in Song of Songs, and what a banner actually meant.
One honest question
Where rejection taught you not to expect love — and what it would mean to let God’s voice be the louder one.
A declaration to say aloud
Your ears need to hear your own voice agree with God. Yes, actually say it.
A prayer with your name in it
With a blank line, because what you are receiving today is yours to fill in.
A coloring page
Let your hands slow down while the truth settles. Print it and take your time.
A word search
Adored. Cherished. Treasured. A gentle way to let the language sink deeper.
Why I wrote this one
I have sat across from too many women who could quote Scripture back to me flawlessly and still could not say out loud that they were loved. Women in lonely marriages. Women whose grown children had gone quiet. Women who serve everyone and quietly wonder whether anyone would notice if they stopped.
They did not need more information. They needed a way to feel what they already believed.
So I wrote thirty truths about who you are in Christ, and I gave each one more than one door in — something to read, something to say, something to pray, something to do with your hands. Because truth settles differently when your whole self is in the room.
Start with the first one. It is the one the book is named for.
