Psalms 136 and 103
I started 2014 not knowing how the Lord would answer my prayers. I was eagerly trusting Him and anticipating the lessons He would teach me. Looking back, I am filled with gratitude. God’s love was the major theme of my life in 2014…..embracing His love, having confidence in His love and believing in His love. Sure there were many high and low points in 2014…however, His love was constant. He loved me through the passing of my Mom in February. His love continues to heal my family. His love brought reconciliations, reunions, birthday celebration and visits from family abroad. His love continues to teach me and my family patience, perseverance and love for one another. On the ministry side, I continue to be amazed at how the Lord takes my little effort and uses it in amazing ways to touch lives for Him. The best part of 2014 is that I am finally growing up…accepting myself and embracing who Christ says I am. It is through His love that I am truly learning to love “me” as He created “me” to be.
Lord, you are Marvelous!
